Order Tracking

A new tracking system has been set up on the ocShop (www.ownersclubshop.com) where you can track your orders once you have been given an ID # (see the email that gets sent to you once order is placed for your Order ID #).

Tracking status:

Order tracking will contain the payment status, tracking status and any order notes attached to the order. The Tracking status is as follows:

The whole order process therefore takes between 3-5 working days, unless there is complications.

Notes

Order notes are firstly created at the checkout process by the buyer, and they could usually contain important information to the merchant about delivery times or other. Once the notes are passed on to the merchant the notes become useful to the buyer at the point of tracking. After the order has been placed the notes could usually contain stock information, estimated delivery times, or information on courier and dispatch.

Please use the tracking system as your first point of call, if you still need to speak to someone in person use the sales@wheelygoodstuff.co.uk address but please note we cannot guarantee to answer your emails quickly, which is why we always recommend using the tracking system.
